Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Enjoy!
